It' s easy to read and easy to compression. The author summarizes the philosophy of yoga and its history, in addition to presenting the detailed description of asanas, their implementation and benefits. "Easy Yoga" fulfills its promises. However, I think some of the asanas presented are not that easy for beginners.

It is what it says in the title 'easy yoga' would recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in finding out about yoga and wishes to give it a try.
